"My husband and I have a tradition of buying a tree for our anniversary which was yesterday. We showed up in the late afternoon and found a magnolia we wanted. After initially being told it could be delivered in a few days (totally understandable), the man who helped us (I really wish I remembered your name!) made it happen within an hour and a half. If it was because of our Anniversary, we thank you dearly. That is the kind of customer service and kindness many places are missing. Not because we got what we wanted, but because the guy just cared. Maybe it was just convenient to get it to us yesterday, but either way...Will be going back for trees to come.
By the way, the dipladenia we bought at the beginning of summer is vining great and doing well. So is my spider plant. Thanks for the quality and service. 1 star for us for not remembering to tip when the tree was dropped off (🙈)"
